The fleur-de-lys on her dress is the Anjou smbol and the griffin on her hat is the coat of arms of the Affaitati family, an ancient Italian family. The latin inscription says 'Altissima' confirming that this bronze is portrait of Johanna when she was a countess and before she became Queen.
