Private collection, from the estate of the late Irving Goodman. Purchased by Mr Goodman in the late 1980s, the family believe from a Hampstead / North London gallery. No written sales history present at it this time.Lynn Russell Chadwick, CBE RA was an English sculptor and artist. Much of his work is semi-abstract sculpture in bronze or steel. His work is in the collections of MoMA in New York, the Tate in London and the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris. No apparent damage or repair. Some surface blemishes and discolouration throughout. Wear visible to patination on extreme edges and corners (especially the feet). Structurally sound
