Scarce Leith Special Constabulary 1914-18 Medal, bronze medal with coat of arms of Leith to centre of obverse and LEITH SPECIAL CONSTABULARY around, reverse with FOR LONG AND CONTINUOUS SERVICE 1914-18. Medal is un-named and missing its ribbon. Accompanied by a boxed George VI Special Constabulary medal awarded to “NOAH MOSCROP” (box suggests service at Glossop, Derbyshire). Both in good condition. 2x Herbert Morris Limited Empress Works Loughborough Great War Tribute Medals, the bronze medals are housed in the original Spink & Son Ltd boxes of issue. Both medals un-named. In 1914 the company is listed as manufacturers of electric, pneumatic and hand overhead travelling cranes, pulley blocks, conveyors, overhead runways and lifting miscellanea.

Rare Pre-1916 Royal Flying Corps Metal Dress Pilots Wings, fine pair of copper bronze pilots wings with pin and catch fixing to the reverse. Makers mark of Jackson & Fullerton, London, GJ DF in shield. Much of the original finish remains to the wing. Very good example. George Jackson and David Fullerton were the proprietors of Joseph Williams & Co from 1884 through 1915. The company itself existed before them and lived on after them as well. The "GJ DF" mark was no longer used after 1915 when George Jackson left the firm.
