A Japanese bronze club shaped vase, decorated with an insect in relief and with character mark signature to base. Height 28 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This lot is in very good condition with no damage, no repairs and no restoration. There are some minor surface marks and scratches as one would expect from something of this age but no real condition issues to worry about.
A cold painted bronze bird, with red breast, probably a Finch. Height 9 cm. CONDITION REPORT: This probably dates from the 1930's. The paint is original. There are some losses to the paint. The rear leg is slightly loose at the joint. The front leg is showing signs of stress at the joint but is not loose.
