Late 18th Century Mahogany Long Case Clock by James Warren of Canterbury circa 1790. The arched dial with central silvered disc Tempus Fugit surrounded by sea-monsters; the silvered chapter-ring with Roman numerals with cherub mounts and with blued steel hands; the arched hood surmounted by three orbs with eagles, the hood with gilt brass capitols and brass inlay to the reeded columns. The weights cased in bronze with a beaded collar and decorative collet to the top, in solid mahogany case with solid mahogany backboard possibly of later date and with alterations to the movement.
