David Aronson (Massachusetts, New York, 1923 - 2015) Important Bronze Sculpture with large original pedestal. Signed on the backside. Provenance: Private New York City Collection. Aronson founded what became the College of Fine Arts at Boston University in 1955, was appointed a tenured professor in 1962 and taught there until his retirement in 1989.
