dating: about 1880 provenance: London, Round, cal. 41 rimfire barrel, with remains of groove, marked 'COLT' and lateral 'COLT'S FIRE ARMS CO. 14 PALL MALL LONDON', small rust areas, fore-sight. Bronze frame with mark, '41 CAL' and 'E. M. REILLY & CO. LONDON'. Spur-trigger, wooden grip scales. Serial number '371xx'. length 13 cm.
dating: circa 1900 provenance: Austria, Curved, single-and false-edged blade, with cylindrical back, remains of engraved imperial eagle and crowned anchor; bronze, gilded hilt, carved in relief with imperial eagle, mermaids and anchor; grip covered with fish skin and remains of metallic wire binding, cap with a Neptune and trident. Leather scabbard (damages and parts missing) with brass mounts, cap with anchor, chape with floral motifs in bass-relief. length 81.5 cm.
dating: circa 1900 provenance: Piedmont, Slightly curved, single-and false-edged blade, with fuller for two thirds, engraved until the half with trophies, rinceaux and Savoy emblems. Fine, bronze hilt, shell-guard portraying a person in relief, with a Corinthian helmet on his head, rinceaux around on a dotted ground. Grip portraying men of classic era, surrounded by palmettes and flowers on a dotted ground. Pommel and guard with portrays in bass-relief and decorations en suite. length 96,5 cm.
dating: circa 1900 provenance: Europe, Straight, double-edged blade, ribbed in the center, completely engraved with anchor and floral motifs on a dark ground; bronze, gilded hilt, decorated with floral motifs, mother-of-pearl grip scales. Brass, gilded scabbard, engraved with an anchor and floral motifs. two suspension rings. length 26.5 cm.
dating: 1864 - 1870 provenance: USA, Round, rifled, cal. 32 teat-fire barrel, marked with company's address, with fore-sight; smooth, six-shot cylinder with Williams patent 1864 indication; bronze frame, engraved with floral motifs and traces of antique silvering. Wooden, blackened grip scales. Spur-trigger. Model without extractor. length 17,7 cm.
dating: 19th Century provenance: Japan, Strong blade (30 cm) with well visible hamon and hada, deep Hi, copper habaki. Nakago-mumei with one menuki-ana. Koshirae with wooden grip, menuki in shakudo, partially gilded; wooden saya with kozuka (blade with a strong crack), bronze grip portraying a couple in bass-relief. length 44.5 cm.
dating: Mid 19th Century provenance: London, Smooth-bore, round, juxtaposed, 10 mm cal. barrels, with rib and fore-sight, with London test-bed stamps; tang signed 'W. BOND 59 Lombard St. LONDON', engraved with floral motifs and provided with a rear sight. Frame engraved en suite so as all the mounts. Wooden, micro-checkered butt, butt-plate with nipple compartment. Back with silver escutcheon engraved with a small dragon. Iron, articulated ramrod. In a wooden case, lined with green cloth, with re-seller and producer's J. H. Cane label, provided with a bronze flask, bullet mold, cartridge extractor and key. length 20.5 cm.
dating: 16th/17th Century provenance: Europe, Strong, octagonal, smooth-bore, 16 mm cal. barrel, with a fine, bronze decoration at the nozzle, to effigy a lion's head in whose open jaws passes the barrel, remains of a stamp. Lock with flat plate, of rectangular shape, in iron, serpentine not functioning. Bar-trigger. Wooden, full stock (later?) with palmed butt, with 'V' decoration with leaves. Some woodworm damage and parts missing. There is another matchlock musket in this sale with the same mark on the butt. length 119 cm.
dating: late 18th Century provenance: Naples, Smooth-bore, two-stage, octagonal and round, 18 mm cal. barrel, with Naples Royal Manufacture marks, rings and acanthus leaves at the girdle, silver, swallowtailed fore-sight; engraved tang. Fine lock, finely engraved and chiselled. Wooden, full stock, chiselled with floral motifs and with grooved butt. Bronze mounts, engraved and partially pierced. Brass-tipped wooden ramrod and iron cartridge extractor. length 123 cm.
dating: 19th Century provenance: Europe, Tapering, bronze, 16 mm cal. barrel, with four moulding bands and moulded muzzle. Provided with cylindrical trunnions, decorated in relief with a lion's head and cartouche with not readable inscription, open vent on the back. Cascabel. Without gun carriage. length 37 cm.
dating: First half of the 19th Century provenance: Europe, Curved, single-and false-edged blade with large fuller and remains of engravings. Fine, bronze, gilded hilt, with cross-quillon, quillon block with an antique head, quillons ending in a lion's head, floral decorations in bass-relief. Repaired grip scales and scabbard. length 91 cm.
dating: 19th Century provenance: Germany, Straight, single-edged blade with groove on the back, first part engraved with trophies and floral motifs, tang with mark 'W.K. & C.'. Typical, bronze hilt, one folding shell-guard; grip with metallic wire binding. Leather scabbard with brass mounts. length 97 cm.
