A Louis-Philippe ormolu and bronze Gothic revival mantel clockOf rectangular shape, the trefoil pediment above a circular gilt dial, with painted numerals, pierced hands, the twin train movement stamped '1825', with countwheel strike on a bell, with grid iron pendulum and Gothic decorated bob, flanked to each side by an arch each with a standing knight holding a halberd, in profile, on slender cluster columns between arches, on a stepped base and gilt feet, under a glass dome with plinth47cm. high. 1 pendulum, 1 glass dome.
