A Gebruder Heubach porcelain model of a German Shepherdcirca 1911-13designed by Oskar Pflug, modelled lying down, with the mouth open, printed factory mark in green, with an old paper label signed by the modeller 'O.Pflug', 23cm long and 12.5cm highOSKAR PFLUG - German sculptor (1858 -1937). Noted for creating many animal models, with seemingly a particular fondness for canine subjects. Pflug lived in Berlin and worked for the Heubach factory from 1911-13. His work is also found in bronze, spelter and zinc.Good condition, no damages or repairs.

A large Chinese bronze censer, Qing Dynasty, 19th centuryOf quatre-lobed form with everted rim and raised on four scroll feet, cast in relief with four shaped panels containing mythical beasts: dragon, turtle, phoenix and qilin.28cm high, 38cm dia.Polished. Minor signs of age and use to exterior. Interior has dark surface patina and signs of use.
A French art deco figural lamp, the bronze effect cast spelter modelled as a seated pierrot, gazing up at the lamp head raised on a chromium tubular arch, set on a veined black marble oval base, 26.5cm.A little rubbing in places to the bronze finish on the figure. Bronze Age, A small rapier or dirk, c. 1300-1200 BC, 17.2cm long by 4.4cm wide, butt flattened and trapezoidal in shape with four large circular rivets at the end for the attachment of a bone handle; ogival blade with bevelled cutting edge on both sides, straight-sided with a lozenge-shaped cross-section. Extremely fine with smooth green patina £500-£600 --- Provenance: Found in East Anglia; bt Simon Shipp The use of four rivets rather than the more common two suggests an early date for this dirk.
Celtic, Bronze toggles (2), 1st century BC-1st century AD, first circular with a raised border, second has a dumbbell-shaped bar head with flat circular terminals; together with a bronze knife with circular section handle with looped end; ring-headed pin; votive flat axe; mount with trumpet motif; finger ring; woad grinder; rosette brooch; aesica brooch with punched dotted decoration [10]. All fine with green patina £140-£180 --- Provenance: All found in Norfolk
The Haconby Celtic Fertility Figure Celtic, A bronze male nude figure, 1st century AD, 5.5cm high by 1.2cm wide; oval-shaped face with lentoid eyes, long straight nose, slit mouth and small protruding ears; the narrow torso has angled shoulders with the left arm held against the chest holding a small purse; the right hand is extended downwards holding an enlarged phallus which is hinged for movement; the straight legs are merged together; behind the head is a loop, while the back is concave. Very fine with a smooth brown patina £800-£1,200 --- Provenance: Found at Haconby in Lincolnshire This unique figure probably represents a Celticized Mercury who was regarded as a fertility god by the Celts. The hinged oversized phallus appears to be a unique feature, which may have served as a locking mechanism as a buckle to hold a belt and scabbard for a sword.
