A 1930's rectangular bronze and ivory mounted glass display casket of Cricketing interest, containing parchment illuminated address presented to A.W. Carr by the Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club on 20th January 1936, "In recognition of the distinguished service rendered by him to Nottinghamshire County Cricket" (Member County Eleven 1910-1934, Captain 1919-1934) 12ins wide x 9ins deep x 7ins high, contained in red leather and velvet lined travelling case (top glass panel cracked)
Late Victorian Burmantofts style amphora vase with stylised floral decoration, in original bronze frame with three legs on paw feet, 82cm high CONDITION REPORT Not signed, very minor wear but otherwise appears to be in good condition. Bronze stand is tarnished, lower metal brackets slightly misshapen, one bracket appears to have been re-soldered to central ring. Please note amendment to lot description - the vase is unmarked but is in the style of Burmantofts
C Brasch: late 19th / early 20th century Continental bronze sculpture of a thoroughbred horse finely modelled in standing pose, on signed rectangular base and marbled plinth, total height 43cm CONDITION REPORT Generally good condition. Some light scratching in places, would benefit from a good clean or polish. Chips to marble base on the corners - an impressive looking sculpture. 48cm long overall
44th International Six day Trial, 15th - 20th September 1967 Garmish - Partenkirchen, West Germany, bronze medal, a compeditors badge (Fahrer) and a 0.25 litre mug, together a competitors badge, number 153 from the 38th International Six Day Trial, Jilemnice, Czechoslovakia, Lasota rode a Royal Enfield and retired and a competitors badge, number 299 and the British Team ISDT 1970 overall patch, together with a Greeves patch from the 50th International Six Day Trial, 5 - 10th September 1970, Madrid, Spain (5).
