A pair of large early 20th century electrolier empire chandeliers. Constructed of brass / bronze gilt with stunning glass beaded shades with beaded swag and lozenge decoration over shaped borders. Each with large faceted glass stome finial centres. The electroliers bearing a strong resemblance to those fitted to White Star Line liners ( see google images of Titanic chandelier ) Each measures 42cms diameter ( roses are present )

Victoria Aeter , Commodus AD 177-192 Sestertius, rev: Felicitas coin , Philip II silver antoninianus, struck as Caesar under Philip I, 244-247 A.D., reverse reads:- PRINCIPI IVVENT, Phillip II standing in military attire to left, holding transverse spear and globe coin , a Magnetius double cent locally cut into quarters , and ten other various Roman coins. Perf. types inc. 1875, 15c lemon-Yellow, 2 c Grey (unused), 30c Blue, 50c Purple, 60c Copper-Bronze. 1882-99 Numeral types inc. 2c, 5c, 10c, 15c Yellow. 1882-1903 Standing Helvetia types to 3 Fr. 1900 U.P.U. set, 1908-9 to 3 Fr, plus later ranges. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: overall in good condition with minor wear and paint loss in places. No obvious or serious damage.

LARGE JAPANESE BRONZE CHAMPLEVÉ ENAMEL TWO HANDLED BALUSTER VASE in Chinese style, overall decorated with waves and floral bands, with dragon and phoenix designs to the neck and body, two bold mythical beast loop handles. Late 19th/early 20th Century. 62cm high approx. (B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Rather grubby overall, inner base panel is detached, otherwise fair condition.
GROUP OF THREE SIMILAR JAPANESE BRONZE CHAMPLEVÉ ENAMEL VASES, the larger vase of baluster form with cast mythological beast handles, overall decorated with waves, dragons, birds and shishi dogs amongst flowers and foliage. Marked: 'Made in Japan' to its base. 55cm high. Together with a pair of similar Champlevé enamel bronze vases, overall decorated with birds and foliage in a similar style. 36cm high. (3)(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: The larger vase appears overall in good condition if rather dirty. Smaller pair of vases, one lacks its handle and are rather dirty also.
