A Chinese bronze bell (Zhong), possibly Ming dynasty, of elliptical section, with arched rims and flared sides, each side with three rows of high bosses around a panel of calligraphy and above a cast taotie mask, the handle set with a suspension loop and cast with bands of key pattern and stiff leaves, applied paper label to interior printed `Chinese Bell, B.C 431, W.R-S coll', 40.5cm high, later wood stand. Illustrated
A Chinese archaic bronze vessel and cover "??" , of cast baluster form supported on three bear feet, the shallow domed cover with three loop handles on the top, additionally a carrying handle connected to chains on either side of the body. Han dynasty, 206 BC–220 AD, in good condition. 20cm high on the stand. Provenance: a Local Hampstead private collector, purchased in 1980s’. Reference: similar piece found in Taipei National Palace Museum.
A pair of Art deco painted bronze figures of dancing girls with ivory heads and hands on oval onyx bases in the manner of Lorenzl. in good condition but some light wear to the painted surfaces, one head broken and refixed, tip of one finger missing from one hand, very slight chip to rear of one stand. Hts 17.5 and 18.5cm.

(Austrian)"Girl with Book", a painted bronze and ivory figure on an onyx base of a girl with long flowing dress, her bodice, arms and legs extensively decorated in red and blue enamels, kneeling on one knee and grasping an open book to the other. Unsigned but after the model by Gerda Ira Gerdago. In excellent condition, slight wear to the gilding. Ht. 16cm.
A naturalistic gilt bronze inkwell, (no liner), in the form of a spaniel approaching a feeding pheasant around a tree stump, the vegetation on the stump forming the lid, all on a turned green marble socle. In generally very good order, gilding worn at high spots, one large chip from socle. Bronze 6.5cm. across.

A bronze ritual ghanta,possibly 18th century, the handle cast with a figure with its features finely incised, wearing a domed shaped crown, the bell body cast in relief with a frieze of masks with suspended beaded jewel strands set in between a border of vajra motifs, above a further band of vajra, the inside with an inscription,18cm, anda bronze vajra,in the 17th century style, with four prongs on either side and a baluster form handle in the centre,12cm (2)The ghanta and vajra are indispensible ritualistic instruments according to TIbetan Buddhism, with the ghanta representing the feminine attribute of wisdom and the vajra representing the male attribute of skilful means. It is the union of the attributes that ultimately leads to enlightenment.
A large Japanese bronze koro, 19th century, of rectangular form, impressively cast with carp and octopus against a wavy pattern ground, the reverse with lobster and fish, the cover decorated with clouds and stylised precious objects in relief, surmounted with a deity, probably Otohime, in ceremonial dress and two attendants, above a second rectangular cushion-shaped base, decorated with shells, underneath with cast mark Tokyo ju, Suzuki Masayoshi tsukuru, held aloft by four crouching figures, each with a sea creature on their head, all on a rectangular platform supported by four cloud and scroll ball feet, cast mark of Dai Nihon koku Takekousan zo, on a rectangular stepped base with dragons, ho-o handles, 158cm
A Japanese bronze vase,Meiji period (1868-1912), of baluster form with a flared rim, cast in relief with boar hunting under a pine tree in a mountain landscape, the reverse with hunters chasing rabbits and monkeys, the neck and base decorated with stylised ho-o and dragons amongst clouds, details inlaid with gold and silver, double dragon handles, the base pierced with stylised bats, engraved mark Dai Nihon Kanamori Soshichi sei,53cm, with detachable liner (2)Kanamori Soshichi (1821-1892) opened a copperware shop in Onmadashi-machi at the age of 23. Improving the quality of his copperware, he quickly began to design original and new products. He received a prize at the Vienna Expo held in 1873 and became world famous.
