Frank Lynn Jenkins ( British 1870-1927) A hollow cast bronze bust of Mr Edward Pembroke. Edward Pembroke, who died aged 81 was chairman of Messrs. Galbraith, Pembroke and Co and one of the most prominent figures in London shipping circles. He became famous as being responsible for the first steamer to pass through the Suez canal in 1869. The bronze is accompanied by a period leather bound folio of newspaper cuttings, largely obituaries and other memories of the gentleman. 64 cm high, including marble socle. Kupsch: Bronze des Ehrenmals für die Gefallenen der Flakartillerie aus dem Nachlass des Generalleutnants, Kommandeur der Flakschul-Division in Braunschweig und letztem Kampfkommandant von Braunschweig Karl Veith.Ehrenmal für die Gefallenen der Flakartillerie, Bronze, Kniender mit Pfeil und Bogen im Anschlag, in den Himmel zielend, auf gestufter Plinthe, signiert E. Kupsch sowie GUSS G.HEINZE BERLIN, auf schwarzem Marmorsockel, mit Plakette "Ihrem ersten Abteilungskommandeur Oberstleutnant Veith, Waffenring d. Flugabwehr, Landesgruppe Südbayern", Höhe ges. ca. 35,5 cm. Das Original in Lebensgröße steht auf dem Friedhof Berlin-Steglitz in Berlin und wurde ebenfalls von E. Kupsch gefertigt, Rarität ersten Ranges.Dazu mehrere Urkunden und Dokumente aus der Dienstzeit, u.a. Gratulationsurkunde zum Geburtstag, Ernennungsurkunde zum Herzog der Bretagne, Literatur sowie mehrere Fotos, teils in Generals-Uniform, beschriftet, die Urkunden zumeist aufgrund des Formats gerollt bzw. lädiert.Zustand: I-II
