Order of the French Legion of Honour awarded to Jaques Vigas Esq. Mr Jaques Vigas, formerly "Piccolet" was reputedly a leading member of the French Pacifist Movement in 1914 and following the assassination of his colleague, moved to England with the assistance of the French government. Mr Vigas had a varied career as musician, film actor, hotelier and antique dealer. A bronze bust of him by Paul R Montford was exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts in 1921. He is buried in Bristol under the name Piccolet
3 French Dinky vehicles. Mercedes Benz 190SL (24H) in white with a black roof and spun plated wheelhubs. Fiat 1200 Grande Vue -531 in a metallic bronze with white top, spun plated wheelhubs. Both boxed. Plus a Citroen 2CV in maroon with dark grey top and silver enhancements. Probably repainted. QGC-VGC minor wear. Boxes minor wear.

A Third Reich ordnance issue NCO's sabel, blade 34" by Alexander Coppel, Solingen, plain bronze stirrup hilt with small waffenamt marks on all parts, the underside of the crosspiece stamped AC/G and number 1959, wire bound black plastic grip, in its black painted scabbard. GC (edge of blade ground, scabbard dented and repainted)
Railway Executive C/I 40/- Trespass Sign. Measures 23" x 19" and has been restored. Together with LMS Bronze Quota Plaque dated 1936 together with a slightly faded Carriage Print 'Ben Loyal' in original frame but unfortunately appears to be stuck to the glass. Additionally, a Caledonian Railway String Tin in original condition but no string.
London Transport enamel Target in bronze frame, TOTTENHAM COURT ROAD. Opened as part of the Central London Railway on 30th July 1900, the Charing Cross, Euston & Hampstead Railway ( these days the Northern Line) arrived here on 22nd June 1907 but used the name Oxford Street. When the eastbound Central Line and the southbound Northern Line were linked on 3 September 1908, the whole complex became Tottenham Court Road. The next station north on the Northern line was originally called Tottenham Court Road, but was renamed to Goodge Street at this time.Measures 24" x 20" approximately and is in excellent condition.
Bronze Key Token Winchester Junction - Alton. Opened by the Alton, Alresford and Winchester Railway Company, later the original Mid Hants Railway, in 1865. Later operated by the LSWR, SR and finally BR. The line was lifted in 1973 and only the section between Alresford and Ropley remained in place, fortunately for what is now the preserved Mid Hants Railway.
Modern Station Sign BESCOT STADIUM with a small red football logo bottom right. Measures 52" x10" and is in good overall condition. Together with a Cast Iron Street Sign OLD LONDON ROAD. Measures 58" x 6½", white lettering on black background and a bronze sign "Agency Of The Royal Insurance measuring 15" x 10" depicting the shield logo, together with a similar "City Of Birmingham Education Committee Saltley Secondary School", measuring 20" x 13".
LARGE PATINATED BRONZE MODEL OF THE LEGENDARY NATIONAL HUNT HORSE, "GOLDEN MILLER", signed with a monogram and dated 1935, rich brown patina, on a rectangular marble plinth. Bronze 53cm by 70cm. Note: Golden Miller is considered one of the greatest National Hunt horses of all time. In 1934 he became the first horse ever to win the Cheltenham Gold Cup and the Grand National in the same season. This feat has never been achieved since. He won the Cheltenham Gold Cup in five consecutive years (1932-36).

A Chinese gilt bronze circular box and cover, made for the Islamic market, the top with the Arabic inscription 'Alhamduli Allah' meaning 'Praise God', within a scrolling foliate border, 17th century, 10.5cm.
