Jh.; auf aufgewölbtem Standring und zoomorphen Köpfen stehend fünf männliche Karyatiden mit erhobenen Armen, die mit Spiralen und wellenförmigen grafischen Motiven dekorierte Sitzfläche tragend. Der Stamm der Tikar siedelt im Bereich des nördlichen Kameruner Graslandes bis zum Oberlauf des Flusses Mbam; die Bronze- bzw. Gelbguss-Arbeiten der Tikar gelten als ebenso qualitätvoll wie die des Königreichs Benin (Westafrika / Nigeria). H. 39 cm; D. ca. 30,5 cm. Aus dem Nachlass einer westfälischen Sammlung.

RUSSISCHE METALLIKONE - TRIPTYCHON / REISEIKONE, wohl Russland, Gelbguss (wohl Bronze) mit Emaille. Oberer Abschluss mit geschweiftem Giebelmotiv; Aufbau in Anlehnung an einen Flügelaltar. Mittelfeld mit zentraler Heiligenfigur "Gottesmutter mit Christuskind"; über ihnen in einem bekrönenden Feld Heiligenfigur über Wolkenband, vermutlich Christus oder Gottvater. Flügel mit je zwei Szenen aus dem Leben Jesu, darüber (wohl Maria) und ein Engel. Flügel schließen nicht bündig. Ausgeklappt: H. 11 x L. 15,2 cm. (Gebrauchsspuren; Emaille mit Fehlstellen).
2 RUSSISCHE METALLIKONEN / REISEIKONEN, wohl Russland. Bronze und Metallguss mit Emaille, in sogenannter Buchform. 1) Mittelfeld mit der Gottesmutter "Freude aller Leidenden". Über ihr im Giebel Christus als segenspendender Hohepriester. Flügel mit vielfigurigen Darstellungen. Ausgeklappt: H. (ohne Kette) 5,5 x L. 15 cm. 2) Mittelfeld mit Motiv "Alttestamentliche Dreifaltigkeit", auf dem linken Flügel die "Kreuzigung" und auf dem rechten Flügel die "Auferstehung Christi". Ausgeklappt H. 6 x L. 16,2 cm. (Gebrauchsspuren).
