A rare Arts and Crafts movement Verdigris globe 5 light chandelier, of circular form with 5 lights enclosed in opaque glass shades, the main body made of patinated metal and with a bronze verdigris patination, this chandelier is very probably by William Arthur Smith Benson (1854-1924) and dates to the late 19th Century circa 1895, Benson was very active in the Arts and Crafts movement and designed most if not all of the pieces which were manufactured by his company William Arthur Smith Benson and company.
