D. H. CHIPARUS (1886-1947), 'Egyptian Dancer', a bronze study of a nude female with arms outstretched aloft, wearing an Egyptian headdress. Veined marble base with engraved signature. Overall 23cm high including base, the figure 19cm. CONDITION REPORT: The figure has minor surface wear to patination, various chips to angles and extremities of the marble base.

PIERRE LE FAGUAYS, (French, 1892-1935), 'The Message of Love', patinated bronze figure of a standing nude female releasing a dove, Portor marble plinth with engraved signature. Overall 15" high including plinth (38cm), 11" (27.5cm). CONDITION REPORT: Minor wear and scuffs to the patination, the wrist seems slightly misshapen holding the dove, the two sections of the base plinth are loosely connected, minor chips to edges and extremities of plinth. No foundry mark to base.
