An exhibition standard model of a vertical live steam stationary engine, built by Mr G Emery of Worcestershire and based on a Clarkson's of York design. The single cylinder with hardwood lagging and steam chest with steam valve to front. Wheel control to Stephenson's link reverse, trunk guide with side supports, disc open crank, brass oiler cups and spoked 12cm diameter flywheel. The model constructed from cast bronze with engine sole plate mounted on polished oak plinth with moulded edge and display cover having brass location pins. Overall engine height 28cm. Engine width 19cm. Engine depth 16cm. (All measurements excluding plinth).
Art Deco Silvoz Paris mantel clock with circular dial, Arabic numerals, surmounted by two bronzed spelter deer, on a rectangular marble base, 22cm high x 54.5cm wide approx. Condition ReportClock not currently working. Scratches to the clock face; glass cover is loose but present. Deer both have a slight wobble, but are generally firm. Metal of clock face a little worn, and the same for the edge of the glass. Bronze of the deer a little worn; general wear and tear as to be expected otherwise.
