A Meiji Period Japanese Satsuma ware vase decorated with figural panels amongst stylised honeycomb ground, raised on a circular foot, 15.6 cm high, a Chinese turquoise glazed porcelain figure of an eagle, 24 cm high, two carved agate figures of fish, a verdigris patinated miniature figure of a prancing horse, 12.5 cm high (damaged at base), three various wooden vase stands, a gilt bronze vase stand and a modern Chinese blue and white box of square form CONDITION REPORTS Agate pieces - two fish with damage to the end of one of the leaves at each end. There is the sign of glue to the base suggesting that it may have been originally placed on a stand, the same as the other small fish, at some point. Smaller fish with some chipping around the tail - see images for further detail. The three wooden stands only: one has been broken and re-glued badly and is also missing its stretcher/under tier (the largest of the three). The other two - both have general wear and tear to include some scuffing and discolouration to the varnish etc. Minor scratches and knocks - see images for more details
Polistil smaller scale group to include RJ2 Ferrari 312 Racing Car - red, silver, racing number 1; RJ7 BRM Racing Car - silver, green, racing number 14 and RJ18 Ford Capri - metallic bronze - conditions are generally Near Mint to Mint in generally Excellent (couple of small marks around end flaps) carded picture boxes. Matchbox Models of Yesteryear Y4 Shand Mason Horsedrawn Fire Engine "London Fire Brigade" - red, gold boiler (some slight tarnishing), black wheels, 3 x figures with RARE harder to find dark graphite grey (bronze) horses - overall condition is generally Good Plus still a nice bright example in a Good Plus to Excellent Lesney carded picture box.
A large Japanese Meiji period bronze jar and cover, the finial modelled as a kneeling figure working a loom, with textured detail to the cylindrical body, twin pierced mask handles, raised on five scrolling supports, signed to tableau to base, height 44cm.Condition Report: The right arm of the finial is detached but present. The vessel has an even colour throughout, with just light surface wear. Overall the condition is good.

A FRENCH GILT AND SILVERED BRONZE 'WALLACE' FOUNTAIN CLOCKLATE 19TH CENTURYwith a brass eight day movement, the dial with a silvered chapter ring with black Roman numerals above an aneroid barometer inscribed 'A Libert, Rue de Rivoli 222', the case with a domed cupola with a dolphin finial, supported by four silvered classical caryatids surrounding the revolving glass 'waterfall' and a shallow dish with two chained bowls, on a pedestal base with the two dials, the sides with dolphins and winged spears in relief, on a gilt and rouge marble base52cm high Catalogue NoteSir Richard Wallace, a wealthy Englishman living in Paris in the late 19th century, donated 50 drinking fountains to the city at a time when drinking water was in short supply due to the destruction of the aquaducts that served the city during the Franco-Prussian War. This clock is based on the 'large model', in turn inspired by the Fountaine des Innocents in the Les Halles district of the city with the final design being complete by Charles-Auguste Lebourg.
