A 19th Century Chinese bronze vase with nine dragons design in high relief, raised on a circular foot bearing Xengde six character mark to base, 26 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Diameter at top approx 18 cm. Vase overall has some wear, scuffs and tarnish, foot rim has some denting and unevenness and appears to have a rectangular repair, underside has various deposits around inner rim, and possibly repairs to join where base meets foot rim (please see photos).
FRANZ BERGMAN (AUSTRIAN) (1898-1963) cold-painted bronze figure of a woodcock, 16.5 cm high (ARR) CONDITION REPORTS Has general wear and scuffs, and some tarnish, appears to have had repair to foot as claws are darker to underside, beak also darker and may have had some repairs (please see photos), figure does stand on two feet but has tendency to over-balance forwards.
