An early 19th century French bronze group, 'The Archery Lesson' c.1820the two figures on a mottled black marble triform base, with loose arrowheight 40cm, base width 24cmCondition: The arrow is lacking a piece to its rear section and the bow string is no longer present. Where the two figures meet there is a disconnection and this would need some attention. The marble base has been restored, see image. There is a small area of marble loss to one side in this area. There is another chip to the base at a rear lower corner.
