Patriotic polychrome bronze sculpture after Max Turner. It depicts a bold eagle in flight with two American flags that are floating in the wind. The massive expended wings of the eagle form a V shape symbolizing victory. The flags are hand painted with white, blue and red, and the tips are gold color painted. Impressive bronze sculpture of an American bald eagle in full flight in the style of animalier sculptor Jules Moigniez. The full span of the spread wings are patinated with a silvery shade that highlights the individual feathers. The sculptor added black on the extended claws ready to grab onto the base carved as a gnarled tree chunk and thick branches with green patina. The wide open beak and the eagle's intense stare anticipate the attack and catching of a prey that has been sculpted masterfully.
