A silver mounted pocket watch clock case with battery mechanism to back, together with an Indian bronze figure of Shiva seated upon the back of a giant tiger, in the ancient style CONDITION REPORTS The clock case doesn't appear to have any polishing out or thinning, no engraving. There is a stamped registration mark to the circle though and it is coarsely pinned to the leather case. General knocks, bumps, scrapes etc. The leather case itself is in need of repair and the battery to the back is in a somewhat distressed state. Handle is loose and distressed. Heavy wear and tear, hinge is present but in two seperate sections - see images for further details

The Radiant Sun of the British Empire Shines Behind a Hill which is surmounted by a tall staff flying the Union Jack and C.I.V. Flag.

(D) CONDITION REPORT: Generally in good condition, several areas of rubbing to the paint on raised parts of the figure, predominantly dog and lady's bosom, some surface dirt and natural splits to the ivory head, a few tiny dints to the edge of the base visible after closer examination.This lot qualifies for Artist Resale Rights. CONDITION REPORT: There is some surface wear and scratches, nicks, gouges, discolouration, rubbing to raised edges, casting and other imperfections.
