Bronzearbeit nach der antiken Figur, die 1862 in Pompeji gefunden wurde und sich im Museo Nazionale von Neapel befindet. Der Beiname "Narziss" geht auf die Annahme zurück, der junge Dionysos betrachte sein Spiegelbild im Wasser einer Quelle. Neben dem Efeukranz im Haar lässt sich das Tierfell (Nebris) in seiner Linken als typisches Attribut benennen.

An interesting Charles I bronze matrix seal, dated 1633, inscribed ' ...Archiepiscopi Cantuarie Sigillum Vicarii Generalis...', 8.1 x 5.7cm, with attached label inscribed 'Found in Thames on rebuilding of London Bridge and given to Archbishop Howley, said to have been cast in The Thames by Laud on his way to (The) Tower'. William Laud was appointed Archbishop of Canterbury in 1633. He was executed in January 1645. William Howley was Bishop of London 1813-28.
An 18th century brass toddy kettle on stand. The kettle having a turned ebony baluster handle over a domed lid and bulbous body. Raised on a solid bronze tripod stand with shaped supports and locking mechanism. The standing housing the original heated cast iron block. Measures approx. 31cm x 27cm.

The bronze comprising three pieces, being the armchair, the turquoise blanket cover and the nude figure, with painted red shoes holding a red book. Marked to base with B and Namgreb Bergman maker's marks. Measures approx. 11.5cm tall, 10cm long.
