Flintlock engraved with floral motifs. Wooden, full stock with brass mounts. Brass-tipped wooden ramrod. length 80.5 cm.
dating: circa 1800 provenance: London, Bronze, smooth, three-stage barrel, first part octagonal with test-bed stamps and 'LONDON', round after two segments with strongly bell-mouthed nozzle; flintlock signed 'BENNETT' provided with safety lock. Wooden, full stock (small parts missing) with brass mounts, butt chiselled with inscription 'COLE 114'; back with oval escutcheon. Metal-tipped wooden ramrod. length 75 cm.

Bronze mounts with guard, decorated with facets and buttoned parry quillon. Fine, wooden grips, chiselled with wheel emblems on a geometrical weave. Brass ring-nuts. Together in a single, leather scabbard, with chiselled decorations on a ground in gilded, metal foil (small parts missing) that overtake the grip's decoration. length 52 cm.
dating: 19th Century provenance: China, Leather structure of two valves, externally covered with brown velvet (signs of use and time). Decorated with various bronze, gilded plates portraying dragons in relief (two plates are missing) and with studs, with remains of gilding as well. Holes and lugs for the laces. Mei: Bizen no Kuniju Tadamitsu. Brass, engraved habaki. Iron tsuba. Koshirae with fine fuchi and kashira portraying relieved dragons in bronze-color metal, with remains of gilding, menuki with dragons in shakudo. Tsuka covered with fish skin and antique lacing. Wooden saya (small damages), lacquered in polished black. length 76,5 cm.

One ring-nut in shakudo, one in metal, bronze-color, with remains of gilding. Complete with rare, wooden scabbard, completely covered with a thick fur; the base in gilded wood. height 230,5 cm.

The blade inserted in the quillon. Bronze hilt with arc-pommel, engraved with floral motifs, sides with inscriptions and floral decorations, ivory, moulded grip scales, decorated with filigree, brass rivets. length 73 cm.

Gilded, bronze hilt with half cup (small defect) and faceted, vase-shaped pommel. Remains of original gilding. Grip with copper wire binding and moor's heads. length 113 cm.
dating: 16th Century provenance: Italy, Almond-shaped, double-edged cusp of flat section, pierced in the center; the base chiselled and pierced and with small, stylized heads, a bronze, high-relieved face in the central part on both sides; finely chiselled jaws, the ends with a dragon's head with open jaws and curved tongue; knot consisting a pierced globe, adorned with all the faces in bass-relief; tapering ferrule with rings at the base, flat straps; wooden shaft of octagonal section, decorated with red tassel, iron tip. Very scarce in these conditions and with complete pierced globe. height 215.5 cm.
dating: 18th Century provenance: France, Gilded, brass, leaf-shaped cusp, with iron tip, both sides with finest engravings, featuring in the center a noble, crowned coat-of-arms and Order of the Saint Spirit above, and among trophies and floral motifs, bass-relieved decoration above the crown, iron cusp, ribbed in the center. Gilded, brass, baluster-shaped ferrule, with remains of iron, gilded, brass straps. Wooden, cylindrical haft with eight rosettes, engraved and pierced in bronze and with red tassel. The base with iron chape and gilded, brass ferrule. height 201 cm.
dating: late 18th Century provenance: Europe, Slightly curved, single -and false-edged blade, damascened, engraved with three stars on both faces of the forte, one side with a crescent and more stars, the other with the effigy of a bear, a writing (probably in Arabic characters) and the portrait of a Turk; gilt bronze hilt; small valve with a relieved mask and rocaille, a similar mask on the quillon-block and the centre of the guard, gilt pommel worked as a bird head; on the grip a metallic band with the effigy of a warrior, with fish skin covering. length 71,5 cm.
dating: 19th Century provenance: Korea, Blade of a high quality, katana type, with a deep fuller at the forte on both facets, followed by the two, thin, parallel fullers that run almost until the tip. Habaki type, copper ring-nut, with remains of gilding. Fine, elliptical quillon in alloy of shakudo type, fretwork with a weave of dragon's chasing each other, traces of gilding as well. Grip in bronze or brass foil, blackened, engraved on both facets with effigy of a Fenghuang (used in Korea also as a royal emblem). Brass or bronze foil scabbard, richly decorated with engraved Fenghuang effigies and floral ornaments. Two, engraved loops, provided with a partially gilded, suspension pendant. One of the two complete with antique rope (small damages), covered with violet silk. length 74,7 cm.
