Habaki type, copper ring-nut, with remains of gilding. Fine, elliptical quillon in alloy of shakudo type, fretwork with a weave of dragon's chasing each other, traces of gilding as well. Grip in bronze or brass foil, blackened, engraved on both facets with effigy of a Fenghuang (used in Korea also as a royal emblem). Brass or bronze foil scabbard, richly decorated with engraved Fenghuang effigies and floral ornaments. Two, engraved loops, provided with a partially gilded, suspension pendant. One of the two complete with antique rope (small damages), covered with violet silk. length 74,7 cm.
