An important medal group to Second Officer of RMS Titanic, David Blair, OBE, RNVR The framed group consists of nine medals: Order of the British Empire 1st type civil award (with case and award letter) Sea Gallantry Medal (Geo V with original award letter) 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal, Royal Naval Reserve Decoration (Geo V) French Cross of Chevalier of the Legion of Honour with permission to wear letter. All mounted on a bar. separately mounted are the Liverpool Shipwreck and Humane Society Medal in silver and the Royal Humane Society Medal in Bronze. The medals are named as follows: Lt David Blair RNR Majestic 6th May 1913 on SGM; Lt D Blair RNR on 14-15 Star: Commander D Blair RNR on the pair: And on the LSHS medal Lt D Blair RNR SS Majestic for Gallant Service on 6th May 1913 and on the RHS medal David Blair 6th May 1913. The group also comes with his British Mercantile Marine Identity and Service Certificate as well as a folder of original documentation and photocopies of his mention in several book. Plus book "Titanic Destination Disaster. The Legends and the Reality".

A pair of Chinese swords. Both have bone covered wooden grips and scabbards which are carved with Oriental figures. One sword is fitted with bronze mounts with a 46cm blade. Overall length is 85cm. The other has a 46cm long blade. Overall length is 70cm. Grip a/f. Both have some damage to the scabbards. a/f.

WW1 British RAMC Officers uniform grouping to Capt Kennedy, RAMC. Pair of Service Dress jackets: The first has early war cuff ranking for Capt. Shoulder strap button missing. Name tape to neck of tunic. All buttons are removeable for cleaning and retained on split pins. Bronze collars dogs. No makers labels. The second tunic is ranked to the shoulder straps. Has makers label to neck "F. Phillips & Co, Cario & Alexandria Date 1/11/16 Capt. Kennedy". Has collar dogs and metal rank pips but has no buttons (all have provision to be removeable) Two pairs of Officers Breeches, one pair of trousers (two named) Sam Brown Belt: Pair of Officers Brown leather high leg gaiters: Pistol holster marked "Finnigans Ltd 1916".Two signal flags (8)
