19TH CENTURY CONTINENTAL SCHOOL "A wounded Amazon on horseback", study of an Amazon on horseback, her left hand bearing a shield, her right hand grasping after a lost weapon on rearing horse, bronze, unsigned, raised on a rectangular base, 51 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The second piece holding a shield to her arm is off but present. there is a section missing to one of the bottom hooks that holds it in place as well as the pins. Her lower hand appears to have been off and repaired. Both hind legs have been repaired in the lower section. There is surface scratching all over and a loss to the patina to her arm holding the shield. Generally dirty and in need of a clean. Has some areas of verdigris and other patination including some cracking effect to the base. Has general wear and tear - see images for more details
A Tibetan bronze and brass vajra handled bell and a white metal brass and copper mounted seal with all-over embossed scrolling foliate and Greek Key type decoration CONDITION REPORTS The bell finial has been crudely attached to the base - unknown if this is a repair or original. The seal has significant damage to both sides of the finial. the casing is eroded and the interior/filling showing. the copper neck is crudely mounted, again unknown if this has been restored or original to the piece and there is some misshapeness and dents to the copper petals holding the seal. The seal itself has discolouration, some rusting, signs of corrosion, a small split to the base, various knocks etc. both items have general wear to include surface scratches, dirt, some pitting etc all conducive with age and use - see images for further details.The seal - large split from what looks like a puncture mark to the handle. Handle is bent out of shape, various scratches as is the base which is bent out of circular. Various scratches and pock marks etc throughout. some damage to the copper ware throughout. More splits coming in the handle to both sides. The bell is bent out of circular slightly. The handle is also bent out of the vertical. The whole with various scratches, both items with general signs of wear and tear through age and use throughout.

In the manner of Edgar Brandt (1880-1960) a large cast iron Floor Lamp (unsigned), Edgar Brandt is considered the leading creative force in French Art Deco ironwork, Brandt's screens, tables, lighting fixtures, bronze vessels etc., highlights of the famous 1925 Exposition Des Arts Decoratifs Et Industriels in Paris are sought after today by collectors around the world, larger pieces usually being designed for luxury passenger liners, embassies and grand shops. It is rare, apparently, for his pieces to be signed or stamped with his full name, 173cm high
A pair of late 19th Century French style bronze and gilt metal mounted Vases (now as lamps), each with semi-clad female in Art Nouveau style with attendant to winged cherub, each on foliate cast gilt metal base, each approx. 28cm high (not including lamp fitting) CONDITION REPORT: Vases exhibit minor oxidisation and surface scratching etc., although otherwise appear to be in good general order for age, it is noted that one Vase (right hand handle) is very loose and has come away from the Vase side itself (see close up image), the opposing handle is also loose otherwise generally quite dirty, no other major defects noted, Vase with two handles has a very minor “ding” to Vase surface approx. 8cm from base.

A hallmarked silver cased Eight-Day Travelling Clock, the lid and base with engine turned decoration and the lid with raised monogram 'RH', the French Clock with a bronze-coloured dial with Arabic numerals and luminous hands, the underside of the cover presentation engraved '9th February 1928', bears internal assay marks Birminghm 1927, 7.5 x 6cm wide
A cold painted Bronze Hare, 6cm long CONDITION REPORT: There appears to be an “illegible” signature to the underside of the base (see image), there is some paintwork away on the ears and face and also to the underside of the feet and tail, the piece appears in generally good order overall, it looks to have some age but we are not sure how old exactly.
Good French bronze two train mantel clock, the movement striking on a gong and back plate bearing the maker's trademark logo AB either side of a star, the 3.5" silvered chapter ring enclosing a foliate engraved centre, within an ornate pillared case decorated with panels of animals and birds amidst stylised foliage and surmounted by a raised top with five ornate finials, 16" high, under a later glass dome and upon a stepped oval mahogany base, 18.5" high overall (pendulum and keys)
