AN ORIENTAL BRONZE VASE of baluster form, relief decorated with insects and foliage beneath a Greek key border, pseudo-Chinese mark to base, 24cm high Condition Report : overall age related patination. The mark to base is curious, some Chinese characters, but muddled and irregular, total of nine? the base could possibly be let in, or repaired. Its the same material and gauge as the body, but appears to be a line of solder around the footrim, which may be later Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting (where possible) any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
