A historic WWI Naval Signal from Plymouth C in C Devonport to Land`s End all allied men of War stating the armistice is signed and hostilities are to be suspended, dated 11/11/18 09.52, read, reported, and logged by W.P., This was the original W/T signal received by HMS Oberon 11.11.18, WWI Bronze Death Plaque for Walter Wingate Primrose, a Lusitania Medallion, a wall plaque, two brass badges & a Mirror Signalling-Mark Provenance: Consigned by the family of Lord Provost John Ure Primrose.
Claire Jeanne Roberte Colinet (Belgian 1880-1950), 'Egyptian Dancer', bronze, signed to base, raised on a marble plinth, the plinth inset with a button 'LN Paris JL' for Les Neveux de J. Lehmann Foundry, 41cm high CONDITION REPORT: Chips to the plinth. Scratches to body, obviously separated to show new bolts. Some rubbing to the patination throughout the figure. Cold painted details on jewellery and embellishments present. Nuts that fix the figure to the base are present but are replacements. Additional images available (upon request).
Josef Lorenzl (1892-1950), a cold painted bronze figure of a nude holding floral bouquets, on a double ivory hexagonal plinth, signed Lorenzl and with foundry mark 'BK' to bronze plate, all raised on an onyx plinth, 27.5cm high CONDITION REPORT: Ivory step has split through to the base of the foot of the bronze. Patina good overall. chips to the onyx base.
