A VERY GOOD 18TH CENTURY CHINESE BRONZE FIGURE OF STANDING WOMEN modelled holding one arm outstretched, with turquoise and other stones to clothing, painted in iron red enamels, standing with one foot upon an orb, supported on a square base. Some loss to enamel, body generally good condition. 17.5ins high.

A gilt bronze and black painted metal standing colza light, in 19th century style, with applied plaque for ‘SMETHURST manufacturer, 138 New Bond Street’ surmounted by a twin handled campana urn with flame finial, waisted and lobed body, above turned stem issuing three branches with waisted glass shades, above three heron supports and a circular plinth, mounted on a circular torchere, the frieze with repeating floral gilt metal mounts on three supports headed by ram’s heads, terminating in paw feet, on stepped base, 183cm high, 38cm diameter.
