In 1976 he was named official Texas Bicentennial Artist. (2) Chake Chake is located at the centre of the western side of Pemba Island and is the administrative headquarters of the district. It is the unofficial capital of Pemba with most government departments having their head offices in this town.

The obverse taken from Bertoldi di Giovanni’s medal, though the image reversed.
