Pierre Jules Mene, a 19th century cast bronze group of a huntsman and dog, he is dressed in formal hunting attire with sword at his side, holding a branch of oak leaves, the dog is on the scent and straining at its harness. Impressed signature and Susse Foundry stamp and incised mark, 47 x 36cm on an integral stepped oval plinth.
A WWI trio to Private C.Wild A.S.C. with boxes, together with two sporting bronze medals and two long service medals, issued by Samuel Jones & Co., one named to Louisa Wild circa 1943, the other to Charles Robinson circa 1937, each boxed, also included, a group of three WWII medals, the box addressed to C.W. Robinson, together with a 1953 coronation crown and a gold plated pocket watch.
A fine Victorian credenza veneered with birds eye maple, ebonised and with brass moulded edging, to the front chased, gilt bronze mounts and "Sevres" plaques, at the centre an open shelf over a pair of doors, at each end glazed cabinets, the whole on turned legs, width 184cm, height 106cm. (See illustration) Condition Report: Some knocks and chips to the veneer in places. Some missing moulding above the doors, also some areas of moulding have been replaced on the right hand side.
