After Antoine-Louis Barye (1796-1875) a large and impressive 20th century brown patinated bronze steeplechase group, modelled with two horses jumping and one fallen, on a rounded oblong step-moulded base bearing cast signature 'Barye' and further veined black marble plinth 61cm x 62xm in good condition with some minor wear and slight bending to reins.
After Isidore Jules Bonheur (French 1827-1901) Over The Fence, an impressive 20th century brown patinated bronze steeplechase group, depicting three horses and jockeys, bearing cast signature to base edge 46cm x 66cm in good condition with some minor wear and slight bending to reins, there is a possibility that the group once was seated on a wooden or marble base however this is purely speculation and there is no mounting points showing to the underside.

CROIX PROCESSIONNELLE DU XIVème (14e) SIECLE DE LOMBARDIE, Italie, réalisée sur une âme de bois recouverte de plaques en bronze doré, gravées et en relief. Vers 1400. Le devant est orné du Christ en croix, surmonté du titulus portant l’inscription INRI « Iesvs Nazarenvs Rex Ivdaeorum », ainsi que quatre évangélistes avec leurs symboles respectifs : l’aigle pour Jean, le lion pour Marc, l’ange pour Matthieu, et le taureau pour Luc. Le revers est centré sur un motif gravé de Dieu le Père contemplant la colombe de l’Esprit-Saint, entouré de motifs feuillagés, ainsi que les portraits des témoins de la Crucifixion, dont Marie, Jean, Marie- Madeleine, et un personnage ailé évoquant la présence divine. Origine : Lombardie, Italie. Matériaux : bois recouvert de plaques en laiton doré, gravées et en relief. Dimensions : 62 x 36 x 13 cm. État : Bon état. Exposition : Galerie Alexandre Piatti, Paris.
