Salvador Dali (1904-1989) dance of time ii lost wax cast bronze with a green patina 1979 (cast later) with the incised signature and numbered 267/350 cast by Perseo Fonderia Mendrisio Switzerland with their foundry stamp in good condition height 305mm. ***Certificates of authenticity from the publisher and foundry accompany this lot.. IMPORTANT: This lot has been imported from outside the EU to be sold at auction under temporary importation and therefore the buyer must pay the import VAT at a rate of 5% on the hammer price and 15% on the buyer`s premium.
A pair of good 19th century boulle cabinets each with an ebonised ground and veneer of red boulle, the brass work with engraving and each ornately mounted with chased gilt bronze, the upper sections with a glazed door, two shelves and a mirrored back, the lower cabinets with velvet lined interior, each 28 1/2 ins., wide and 68 ins., high. A French bronze and porcelain clock, with Japy Freres movement, circular dial with Roman numerals painted to the centre with a nest and floral sprays, with figural panel beneath, flanked on either side by landscape panels, jewelled and raised on short feet, with two-train movement. Height 11.75 ins (see illustration).
