Geoffrey Clarke`s sculpture Pyramus and Thisbe was shown at the Royal Academy`s Summer Exhibition in 1985 and this edition was commissioned by the British Medal Society.

Vivien Ap Rhys Pryce (British, 20th Century) Dancers a pair of bronze figures impressed mark 16.5cm and 13cm high (2). Vivien Ap Rhys Pryce trained at the City & Guilds of London Art School. In 1964 she won the Feodora Gleichen Award, given by the Royal Society of British Sculptors and became an associate member of the Society in 1965, before being elected a fellow member in 1972. She held assistant lectureships at the City & Guilds of London Art School (1964-74), Twickenham College of Art (1970-72) and exhibited widely including at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibitions as early as 1959. Commissions included portrait sculptures for Madame Tussaud`s, London.
