A GOOD JAPANESE MEIJI PERIOD PARCEL GILT BRONZE OKIMONO OF A BASKET WEAVER, attributed to "Miyao Eisuke", the man in a striding pose holding his basket and weaving tool, his traditional robe with gilt highlighted decoration, fixed to its original gold lacquer decorated hardwood base, 26cm high x 15cm wide.
A GOOD JAPANESE MEIJI PERIOD CLOISONNE TRAY ATTRIBUTED TO NAMIKAWA SOSUKE, the tray with a bronze bamboo formed frame housing the cloisonne tray with a turquoise ground with scenes of birds amongst native flora, and butterflies, with a surrounding formal scrolling border, the verso with heavily wave formed counter enameling, 19cm x 25cm.
