dating: 18th Century provenance: Portugal, Wooden structure covered with brown leather, richly decorated with floral patterns in green velvet (partially very worn-out) with borders sewn in white thread. The seat, saddlebow and cantle lined with light-brown velvet inside, sewn with stripes (some minor repairs). Saddlebow and cantle decorated externally en suite with floral patterns and adorned with bronze mounts, engraved with floral motifs in high-relief with remains of gilding. Complete with leather strap on the back (of the tail) with bronze mounts decorated en suite. Complete with wooden stirrups covered with bordeaux velvet, with iron mounts decorated with floral motifs in bass-relief. length 47 cm.

dating: 16th Century provenance: Mexico, In iron, forged in the national Mexican foundry, stamped 'M'. Tread provided with long, trapezoid mounts, falling and oblique, with raised lateral borders and with pierced spacer. Lateral bands slightly inclined outwards, framed with a big, rectangular hilt, provided with four, bronze balls to protect the hips of the horse, and with big loop for the strap, other four rivets above the lateral bands. All the external surface finely chiselled with animals among garlands and floral motifs in bass-relief. dimensions 27.2 x 44 x 7.5 cm.

dating: 18th Century provenance: Mexico, In forged iron. Tread provided with long, trapezoid mounts, falling and oblique, with raised lateral borders and cylindrical spacer chiselled with spirals. Triangular lateral bands, framed with a big, rectangular hilt, provided with four, bronze balls to protect the hips of the horse (one ball is missing), and with big loop for the belt. External surface finely engraved with braided snakes, the borders with geometrical decorations. dimensions 23.5 x 40 x 7.5 cm.
