Jean Jacques Feuchere 1807-1852 - A Fine Pair of Early and Impressive 19th Century Bronze Figures of Bernard Palissy and Benvenuto Cellini. Signed J. Feuchere, Scpt Vittoz Bronzier. Cellini Standing Holding an Ewer In His Left Hand, and with a Figure of a Seated Female at His Feet. 20 Inches High. Palissy Standing Holding a Dish, In His Right Hand, His Left Hand Holding His Beard, Raised on Oval Base, Mounted with Urn and Trophies. 19.5 Inches High. Both Figures Inscribed J. Feuchere, Scpt Vittoz Bronzier.
LEOPOLD STEINER (1853-1899); a bronze figure group "Cat Toy" depicting a man teasing a cat with branch, on circular base, raised on stepped marble pediment, signed, height 46cm. CONDITION REPORT: Very minor traces of wear to the surface including scratches, also minor rubbing to the head, also the branch is detahced but present, some nibbles to the marble base.
Three Indian brass figures, one depicting a six handed Shiva with arched back plate, detachable from the tapering rectangular base, height 21cm, a pair of deities, a spelter figure of a seated Buddha on lotus base, a bronze "mask" box with hinged lid, length 14cm, and a pair of white metal birds (7).
LAURENCE STEPHEN LOWRY (1887-1976); a folder of three limited edition signed prints, "The Artist's Mother", signed in pen, "The Artist's Father", and "Self Portrait", both signed in pencil, and a boxed bronze medallion of a Lowry from an original model by Les Solomon, prints and medallion both with certificates confirming number 192/300, and a catalogue of the Salford Collection issued in 1978.
