A Fine Quality Gilt Bronze Empire Clock Circa 1810. The painted enamel dial bordering a pierced wheel of wheat revealing the movement, striking a bell. Set within a harvesting plough being drawn by two bulls and reigned by the Goddess of Agriculture; Ceres. The long rectangular base having canted corners embellished with cartouches of agricultural tools and wheat sheaves. Standing on blade knop feet. 16½ ins (42 cms) in height, 17½ ins x 5¼ ins (45 cms x 13.5 cms).

A Rare & Fine Pair of Late 18th Century Directoire Ormolu & Bronze Figural Candelabra Circa 1790. The three urn form candle cups enriched with fanned palms; two upon swept foliate branches issuing leafy fronds. The bronze winged goddesses cast with draped robes and standing upon marble pedestals with gilt lion headed winged monopod mounts. 22¾ ins (58 cms) in height, 12 ins (31 cms) in width, 4¾ ins (12 cms) in depth.

A Splendid Quality 19th Century Gilt Bronze Mantel Clock by Lepine. The enamelled dial having a red painted calendar ring, with a convex glass door edged in a jeweled & beaded border. The drum case surmounted by an eagle with outspread wings and cradled by floral swags held by darkly patinated bronze cherubs. The visible bob pendulum ornamented with an Apollo sunburst face mask above an elongated oval grey marble base with a beaded edge above scrolling foliate pierced gilt brass frieze and grapevine paterae. Standing on ribbed bun feet 18 ins (46 cms) in height, 17 ins (44 cms) wide, 5 ins (13 cms) deep.

An Exquisite Gilt Bronze Empire Mantel Clock. The round enamel dial having an eight day movement and decorative gilt brass hands, signed 'Robins, à Paris'. The fine fretted relief cast pediment having two winged figures seated at the top pouring wine from vessels into cups held aloft by semi clad nymphs flanking the clock face. Beneath the Goddess Nike with feathery wings and windswept skirts holding flaming torches in her outswept arms. Standing 20 ins (51 cms) high on hairy lion paw feet above a white marble plinth base measuring 11½ ins x 4¾ ins (29 cms x 12 cms).

The enamel dial set within a drum case in the form of a bundle of straw raised on the female figure's head, with a babe in a basket hung around her neck. A Fine Empire Gilt Bronze Mantle Clock by Bergmiller à Paris, with a movement striking a single bell. The enamel dial set within an elongated oval pedestal raised on Greek sphinx, and surmounted by a lady holding a lamb seated upon a large chariot being drawn by butterflies and a winged cherub. The rectangular base adorned with gilt brass appliqués of flaming hearts and crossed torch with quiver of arrows. Raised on bell form feet. 17½ ins (44.5 cms) high, 13½ ins (34 cms) in width, 4 ins (10 cms) depth.

The gilt bronze face with scaly centre surmounted by a gilt male figure with a billowing sash and seated upon a large bronze dolphin. The plinth having a rectangular frieze cast with a figural scene above a palmate border. The square block feet ornamented with crossed fork & paddles. 20 ins (52 cms) in height, 14¼ ins x 5 ins (36 cms x 13 cms).

A Fine 19th Century Empire Style Siena Brocatelle Marble & Gilt Bronze Clock Set. The clock having a round enamel dial 4¾ ins (12 cms) in diameter inscribed 'a la Renaissance Faria 47&49 Bd. St. Martin', set into a gilt drum case surmounted by an eagle perched on a marble pedestal & festooned in garlands of flowers & foliage, with a decoratively pierced apron of tasselled drapery below the dial and a large ornately cast rosette pendulum. The two square marble supporting columns with figural Egyptianesque mounts and Sphinx finials leading down to a rectangular plinth base, 23 ins (59 cms) in height. The garniture urns having scroll handles coiled around face mask roundels to the tops, decorative scrolling shoulder bands and a collar of stiff leaves alternated with anthemion motifs rising from the round pedestal feet elevated in square stepped plinths, 15½ ins (39 cms) high.

A Splendid 19th Century Red Tortoiseshell & Gilt Bronze Clock Set. The Louis XV inspired scrolling clock case surmounted by an asymmetric crest of flowers & foliage with feathery acanthus sprays adorning the scrolling sides festooned with pendant floral garlands and sweeping down to form voluted feet. The clock dial signed A. MESNARD & FILS BORDEAU, inset with enamelled numeral cartouches with Roman numerals counting the hours and an outer ring of Arabics counting the minutes. The case 21 ins (54 cms) high. The accompanying candelabra each having two candle cups raised on sweeping foliate cast branches with a spur of foliage to the centre above tortoiseshell veneered supports, 16 ins (41 cms) in height.

A 19th Century Figural Bronze Clock Set with plaque inscribed Louis et Francois Moreau. The clock movement set in a dark patinated surround of breaking waves with reddish-brown patinated sea-horses emerging from the corners rearing up and bearing between them a large seashell surmounted by the prominent figure of Neptune, 27½ ins (70 cms). The garniture urns festooned in seaweed with swirling waves, swooping seabirds and figures of fishermen, standing on marble bases 19¾ ins (50 cms) in height.
