An inlaid slate cased mantel clock, late 19th century, white enamel Roman dial, marked 'Dufet A' Nantes', eight day bell strike movement signed for Vincenti, 1855, within a waisted form central body, with slate and Eretria marble top with bronze covered urn surmount, decorated with rose florettes and thorned stem handles, on wider base bearing Eretria marble inlay, 13in. (33cm.) high, 8¼in. (21cm.) wide.

A pair of bronze classical dancing figures, after Ernest Rancoulet (French, 1870-1915), signed to bases, on domed Sienna marble socles, 8¼in. (21cm.) high. (2) * Condition: Terminal of club in one dancer's hand bent. The arm aloft on the same figure has some scratching and light pitting to surface of bronze, showing bright metal beneath patination. Also tiny bruise to bent knee and two or three tiny nicks to surface of bronze showing bright metal beneath. The horn on the other figure is bent at both ends. Both socles have some minor frits and nicks to edges. One also has a larger chip.

A good pair of 19th century bronze and cut glass decanters, slender bottle form, the elongated necks with basal panel cutting, the ovoid bodies with concave elongated ovals cut to base and housed on domed copper feet, the elaborate bronze handles depicting Bacchus holding aloft a chalice in his right hand, supported by fruit bearing vines encompassing the body of decanters, cork stoppers with vine fruit finial, 16½in. (41.9cm.) high. (2)

A fine bronze figure by H. F. Moreau (1832-1917) and P. Lecourtier (1851-1924), early 20th century, 'Hunter with Hounds', depicting a finely dressed French huntsman of the Louis XV period out in the field accompanied by his two hounds, the figure sculpted by Moreau with feathered tricorn hat, fastened three quarter length jacket and knee high boots, his large and impressive horn gripped in his right hand, his left holding on to the roped leads of his two canine companions, a sword hangs to his left side waist, the hounds sculpted by Lecourtier standing with raised heads seemingly trying to locate the scent of prey, on naturalistic circular base with integral plinth bearing a plaque to front reading ' Piqueur au Realais, Salon de Beaux Arts', impressed marks of both artists to base, 21½ in. (54.7cm.) high.

A pair of French patinated bronze and ormolu candlesticks, second half of 19th century, the foliate sconces on patinated tapered columns with gilt acanthus urn mount to gilt foliate triform bases with three paw feet, on concave triform plinths, 11in. (28cm.) high, later converted to lamps, 14¾in. (37.5cm.) high overall, complete with pale grey pleated silk shades. (2)

(30cm.) high, later converted to lamps, 16½in. (42cm.) high overall, complete with pale grey pleated silk shades. (2)

A 19th century bronze and ormolu candlestick, urn form candle deposit on tapering stem with applied gilt decoration on flared circular foot with three moth emblems, 12½in. (31.7cm.) high. * Condition: In good, original condition overall. No repairs or restoration. Not overpolished or overcleaned. Some wear to gilt on edges and raised detail overall. Small area of loss to patinated finish on plain bronze area of base (possibly caused by a sticker being left there at some stage). Three very small dents to edge of sconce, 10mm piece of applied mount to stem missing.

A French 19th century gilt bronze eagle on carrara marble pedestal, the eagle perched upon a boulder, on a fluted column with gilt bronze foliage and mount to a square base, the bronze shallow plinth marked 'Déposé', 5¾in. (14.5cm.) high. * Condition: Some rubbing to gilding on eagle's wings and head. A few spots of verdigris to one wing. Small chip to top of column and a few tiny nibbles to edges of marble base.

A pair of archaic style Chinese bronze ritual wine vessels, probably 20th century, Jue form, in the manner of Shang dynasty, helmet form bowls with taotie mask engraving and C-scroll handles, elongated pouring spouts flanked by two capped posts, resting on sabre form tripod supports, mottled green patina, 7in. (17.8cm.) high. (2) * Condition: Good patina to both. Some wax residue to interiors and rims from use as candle holders.  No damage.

A small antique Oriental filled bronze figure of a seated deity, 4 1/8in. (10.5cm.) high; together with a small hollow bronze Buddha head, 2½in. (6.5cm.) high, mounted; a small Thai bronze figure of a deity, 3 7/8in. (9.8cm.) high, mounted; and two Thai silver foiled figures of Buddha. (5) * Condition: - Bronze figure, seated: Good verdigris patination. Large chip missing from front corner of figure. - Head: Lacks right ear and surrounding part of head.- Standing figure: Mid-brown patination. Some wear to patination to reverse.- Foiled figures: Appear to be resin filled. Some losses and 'peeling' from foil around base, more notably to larger figure. Large figure's head detached and fixed with glue. Small figure has some damage to foil around head.

(7.6 x 5.7cm.), the underside with original 'H. G. Beasley' collection label, dated '8/26', * Provenance: 'The Beasley Collection' (Henry Geoffrey Beasley, 1882-1939). By family descent to the grand daughters. ** Condition: Some tarnishing to top surface. Very old, star shaped split to centre of back face of saddle. Good patina throughout.

A Chinese Han dynasty style bronze vessel, probably Ming dynasty but possibly earlier, modelled in the archaic manner as a stylised tortoise, engraved shell with centralised circular deposit and other smaller holes to back of shell and underside, traces of gilt decoration remain, 5¾in. (14.5cm.) long, on later carved hardwood stand, * Provenance: 'The Beasley Collection' (Henry Geoffrey Beasley, 1882-1939). By family descent to the grand daughters. ** Condition: Top left side of back dented inwards and very old crack from edge of central hole (approx. 1in. long) to other side of back. Only traces of original gilding remain. Very good patina. Some dings and marks to surface of bronze throughout, commensurate with age.  One foot on stand detached.

An antique Tibetan bronze Buddha figure, miniature form, stood before a floral and foliate wreath style background flanked with smaller animal and figural consorts, on remains of wooden bracket, 4in. (10cm.) high, * Provenance: 'The Beasley Collection' (Henry Geoffrey Beasley, 1882-1939). By family descent to the grand daughters. ** Condition: Wooden base is split. Mount at back of bronze with old damage - one corner missing. Good patina.

A Chinese Han dynasty gilt bronze or iron horse, (206 BC-AD 220), naive form, rearing on its hind legs, with decorative saddle cloth, with traces of gilt remaining, 3½in. (9cm.) long, * Provenance: 'The Beasley Collection' (Henry Geoffrey Beasley, 1882-1939). By family descent to the grand daughters. ** Condition: Possibly gilded iron, as metal showing through where patina is worn is gunmetal grey. Damage to right ear - most missing. Tip of tail missing. Originally mounted upon a base - remains of mounting posts to back legs. Traces of gilding remain throughout.

A Luristan bronze horse bit, c.1200 BC, ancient Persia (now Northern Iran), modelled as two archaistic horse form side pieces with scrolling central bar, 4 3/8in. (11cm.) high. * Condition: Verdigris and encrustation throughout. Some engraved detail visible. Left side horse has chip to top of back ear. Bar with braized repair - only one end original - part of bar and other scroll end replaced.

A French Louis XVI style kingwood and marquetry bombe commode, of small proportions, late 19th century, the serpentine red marble top over three drawers and a shaped apron with pierced foliate bronze handles, escutcheons and mounts, raised on angular slightly swept legs, 29½ x 15in. (75 x 38cm.), 33in. (84cm.) high.

Channel Islands dog club interest, a fine collection of medals awarded by The Bulldog Club (founded 1875), the front with a raised profile of a Bulldog encompassed by club text, the reverse with ribbon and scroll design stating they were awarded to Springhurst Earl (owner Reg Podger), comprising six silver plated and four bronze examples, 1¼in. diameter. (34.25cm.) high, the matching pedestal urns of ovoid form, with ormolu fruit finals and rams head mounts, 10in. (25.4cm.) high. (3)

A French 19th century tortoiseshell and brass boulle work bracket clock, Samuel Marti, eight day, outside count wheel bell strike movement, no. 15010, matching no. to dial backplate, mask sunburst pendulum, the 5in. engraved gilt dial with Roman cartouche enamel numerals, the pagoda top case with gilt bronze cherub surmount, four urn finials and gilt mask, foliate and floral mounts, the arched and glazed side lock door with decorative mounts of swags and a pair of doves, the clock interior with boulle scroll work back panel and chequered tile effect floor, on tapered foliate feet, 19in. (48.25cm.) high. * Condition: Small edge chip to enamel on numerals X and VIII. Two edge flakes to enamel on V and larger chip to III. Tortoiseshell throughout in good order, with just one small chip to top of front 'roof' section and smaller chip to back edge of left hand panel on 'roof. Small corner chip to back of top of case. Some crazing and craquelure in places to shell. Brass inlay in VG cd., with just minor lifting to right hand side of front 'roof' panel. Interior boulle inlay also VG. Older regilding to all metalwork.
