Some cleaner residue visible.

Chinese bronze censer with pierced domed lid, finely cast to the body with Shou symbols stylised dragons, chi/lung loop handles and raised on cloud decorated tripod supports, the lid pierced with good luck symbols, dragon and chi lung finial, Xuande mark to base, 22cm wide, 19cm high CONDITION REPORT: Lid is slightly mis-shapen but appears in good condition. Body - surface scratches. One dent to base around 2mm x 3cm. Another smaller just below head of dragon handle around 2mm x 8mm. Two or three deeper scratches to base. The base is strengthened (?) inside with thicker layer of bronze. There is also a dent to side of one foot (?) repaired/strenghthened here. No apparent missing pieces. 2245g

*Bains 'International TT' Bicycle. Dating circa 1948, and finished in bronze enamel, with a 23-inch frame. This bicycle features Lauterwasser style steel handlebars and a GB stem, Campagnolo gear levers with Campagnolo Gran Sport gearing, and Chater Lea crank-set and pedals, with GB Hideminium brakes, Mavic hubs and rims and an 'Ideal' saddle. An older restoration by Argos of Bristol. (1)

*A Joseph Devey & Co., 'Special Express' 54-inch Ordinary. A Wolverhampton-built bicycle in good, original condition, comprising a single-leaf spring supporting a pan saddle with an original leather cover, 26-inch straight handlebars with turned bone grips and a spoon-brake operated by lever, also retaining its turned bone handle. Fitted with an adjustable mounting step, 16-inch trailing wheel, Rudge-patented front bearings, and bronze hubs back and front. With signs of original tyring in the 7/8th-inch D-section rims, new and unused tyring is offered with its sale. Just visible is an acid-etched cartouche announcing the maker's name and model. (1)

*Vauxhall Griffin. Inscribed Joseph Fray Ltd, Rd 729889, nickel on bronze with good detail. Mounted. Although used as an emblem for the company from 1919, the mascot design was not introduced until the mid-1920s. (1)

*Robert. A policeman accessory mascot designed by John Hassall in 1914, with a bronze body and moveable brown porcelain head with painted features, signs of original nickel-plating, dual- threaded mounts and Rd 511941 engraved on the base. 4 1/4-inches high, not mounted, signed by the artist. (1)
