A British War Medal and Mercantile Marine Medal, with a bronze death plaque, awarded to Basil John Reece, and a Mercantile Marine Medal, awarded to Alfred Rees (probably Reece) Condition report Report by RBFrom a local deceased estate, a Welsh family, we are reasonably confident that these are family members, hence the incorrect naming of Reece and why they are altogether. The name is original, all in a good condition with no major knocks or bruises, the British War Medal is a beautiful blue colour, where it clearly has not been cleaned for at least 50 years, probably much longer.

A bronze figure dedicated to Ethel Cuming, as a token of appreciation of helpful service 1914-1919 war together with pastel portrait of Ethel as a child and a small silver flask (3) Figure (bronze) - 26.5cm high, 35.5cm high including plinth. Signed Paul R Montford to side. Possible loss of tip to bayonet. Otherwise overall condition good. Ebonised plinth with chips and general signs of wear. Flask - signs of wear but overall condition good. Portrait - generally in good condition, though frame with damages.

An impressive white marble and bronze mounted striking mantel clock, circa 1850, surmounted with a bronze hunting theme depicting dogs and a man on horse back hunting a stag, base with gilt bronze hunting theme mounts, 4-inch enamel dial, twin barrel movement striking on a bell, silk suspension, 72cm by 62cm14.09.16, Marble is discoloured, small chips in parts, gilding is discoloured, dial with chips and the signature is rubbed, movement needs cleaning, with a pendulum.

A modern bronze figure group as five mallard alighting from reeds, verdigris patination, 158.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The joint where reeds carrying the duck meet the rest of the reeds is in a poor condition and will need attention - close to breaking off. Some light scratches all over. Verdigris setting in - starting mainly at the base. General signs of wear and tear throughout. Wingspan approx 56 cm. Total height approx 155 cm.
