Pot 5.5cm tall (2) Provenance: Property of a Lancashire family.Some enamel loss to pot, no major damages to body. Jade with slight nicks to face otherwise in good general condition.

A LARGE CHINESE TIBETAN PAINTED RED AND BLACK LACQUER STORAGE CHEST, 19TH CENTURY. Or rectangular form with two storage sections under two separate panels with bronze looped handles. The front well decorated with figure seated on qilin within a border of alternating Phoenix and Shou medallions and floral cartouches on scrolled front feet. 141cm length x 55cm deep x 81cm tall. Wear to lacquer in places expected from use and age.

A CHINESE CELADON JADE TRIPOD VESSEL, JIA, QING DYNASTY. Modelled on the archaic bronze ceremonial vessels of the Shang dynasty with three blade form legs each with lion mask, supporting a rounded cup body with notched flanges and animal form handle. To the top are raised posts with caps carved with comma spirals. 19cm tall.Reference: See a similar but larger vessel in The Irving Collection sale at Christie's New York 21 March 2019, lot 1112.Provenance: Property of a local gentleman. Overall good condition with no signs of damage or repair. Natural russet lines visible at the jade rim and to one leg.
