The interior with signs of corrosion and verdigris, the circular signed floral roundel later applied. The censer body surface with scratches to the bronze commensurate with age and use. The wooden base is also associated.

Leather saya/sheath has damage and signs of distress and is almost off at one section. The leather strapping samegawa has become detached at the tsuba/hilt. Rust has started to form on the tang/handle and to a lesser extent on the blade.
