A pair of Japanese bronze dragons, 41.5 cm high (2) Condition report Report by GHLarge crack in front of the right front leg of the dragon and another on the dragon's mouth. Tail section also has a crack and some of the finer detailed pieces are cracked or broken off. Two of the toes of the dragon at the bottom are broken off. The bottom section of the flame coming out of the dragon's mouth has been broken off and re-glued. Similar damages to the other, with losses and parts broken off and re-glued. Generally in a bad way.

FERDINAND PREISS (1882-1943); an Art Deco bronze figure of a young boy with hands in pockets and strapped to skis, overall mounted on a square section marble plinth, signed to the ski, height 29cm. CONDITION REPORT: There is a slight rough finish to the front right ski as you are looking at the figure and a small chip to the front left corner of the marble base, but otherwise light surface wear. We invite potential purchasers to view in person to make up their own mind as to the authenticity of the piece.

CONDITION REPORT: ALl figures have surface wear and some flaking to the paint, also the bows, drumsticks and baton are misshapen and the head of one of the monkey's violin is bent.

CONDITION REPORT: A large section of the bone handle is missing as you can see and the brush is also missing, natural staining and cracks to this, heavy wear to the iron work and the tip of the helix is broken.

A Chinese bronze twin handled circular censer on three supports, bearing a Xuande six character mark to base, but probably 19th century, diameter 11.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: General condition is very good, areas of surface dirt and wear throughout the outside commensurate with age, traces of usage to the inside, rubbing to the patination underneath the supports. We would estimate the age to be probably 19th century. Weight approx 735g.
