Badge of the 1. Field-Artillery Regiment, silver, enamelled, grenades in the arm-corners riveted, several hallmarks, engraved Saarinen E., on screw.Saarinen was born 4. November 1918 in Ruovesi. During winter war, he served with the 1. Field-Artillery Regiment and got killed in action on 14. February 1940 near Muolaa. Nice small estade with a rare regimental badge. The communication on working level took place in the offices of the NNSC on 18.-19. September under the command of the swedish delegation.
