A bronze figure of a female nude by Giacomo Ginori late 19th century cast with a head scarf and rosary around the neck trying to burst the chains around her wrists back signed with artist's name 49cm. high The bronze was made after a marble figure which Ginori exhibited in Naples in 1877. This figure was the artist's first piece seen by the public and caused great interest. It was exhibited in many other European countries thereafter.
'Bubble Dancer': An Art Deco bronze dancer by Armand Godard circa 1930 cast as a young maiden with outstretched arms holding a glass ball the portor marble base with white onyx quarter spheres base engraved 'GODARD' and 'Etling Paris' 52cm. This model was posed by Georgia Graves at the Folies Bergare Paris in 1930. Graves was trained by Ernest Belcher of Los Angeles.
