A BRONZE RESIN HEAD AND SHOULDERS BUST OF 'WINSTON CHURCHILL' BY OSCAR NEMON, 'Oscar Nemon' was a Croatian Sculptor who settled in the UK, he is best known for the time he spent with Winston Churchill and the large number of bronzes and sculptures created of the man, Nemon had escaped to England before WW2 due to his concern over the Nazi's and Hitler, the bust is marked Nemon on the right hand side of the plinth, and has lovely patina, the original sitting was from the 50's and shows Churchill in his Siren suit, measures approximately 20cm height x 15cm width x 12cm deep
