A RUSSIAN SILVER-GILT AND NIELLO FLUTE 1834, the slender bowl decorated with two portrait reserves and scrolling foliage, the cylindrical section decorated with a townscape, above an octagonal stem issuing from a stepped circular foot. 16.5cm high, 4.8 troy ouncesMarks on the underside of the foot and an indistinct mark to the side of the bowl. Wobbles slightly on the foot. Age-related surface wear but generally in good condition.
