GREAT WAR AVIATION - MANFRED ALBRECHT FREIHERR VON RICHTHOFEN (1892-1918). A 'SWEETHEART' CIRCULAR LOCKET bearing a black and white photographic portrait image of an young R.F.C. officer, the reverse with a piece of red aircraft fabric inscribed in pencil 'Von Richthofens Aeroplane Canvas', 4cm wide.
SECOND WORLD WAR - A DECORATIVE PAIR OF AIRCRAFT ALUMINIUM 'TRENCH ART' PHOTOGRAPH FRAMES engraved with flowers and Middle Eastern village scenes, inscribed 'EL ADEM' in scrolling banners with two portrait photographs, 23cm high; together with a British P.O.W. made aircraft aluminium shaped photograph frame decorated with a cactus and bearing the initials 'RB', with an easel back, the reverse inscribed 'POW LEONE E. EGYPT 1942', (3). Note: Royal Air Force Station El Adem was brought into operational use on 12 December 1942. It was used by both the R.A.F. and the United States Army Air Forces during the North African Campaign against Axis forces.
SECOND WORLD WAR MEDALS - A GROUP OF FOUR TO 1091097 CORPORAL GEORGE OGDEN, R.A.S.C., 8TH ARMY comprising 1939-1945 Star, Africa Star clasp 8th Army, British War and Defence Medals, in card box of issue with transmission document; together with an album with over 300 photographs (North Africa Campaign), documents, and a portrait of Geo. Ogden by an Italian prisoner of war.

A BRASS CIRCULAR SNUFF BOX circa 1805 with bas-relief portrait, Greek Key pattern to the sides, and inscribed verso 'CONQUERER AT ABOUKIR 1 AUG 1798, COPENHAGEN 2 APRIL 1801, TRAFALGAR 21 OCT 1805 WHERE HE GLORIOUSLY FELL', 6.5cm diameter.
SECOND WORLD WAR - KARL RUDOLF GERD VON RUNDSTEDT (1875-1953). A PLASTER PORTRAIT PLAQUE OF ADOLF HITLER retaining much of its original black and silver finish, the frame bearing a contempory typed paper label 'Plaque of Hitler - (From Field Marshal von Rundstadth's H.Q. 1944)', the reverse inscribed 'From Field Marshal von Rundstedt H.Q. office', 31cm x 27cm. Provenance: [Warner Dailey] 'Was souvenir brought back by British Soldier and found in a wardrobe drawer from house clearence shop in Harrow Road Feb. 2013'.

19TH CENTURY ENGLISH SCHOOL "Gentleman in black coat with white stock" and "Lady in mop cap", portrait studies, half length, a pair, oil on canvas, 76 cm x 63 cm CONDITION REPORTS Both frames with various cracks, splits and losses, and some areas of repair and re-painting. Painting of gentleman has quite a milky appearance under UV light, with the hair and outline of his coat showing up lighter, plus a dark area to the right of the bridge of his nose, craqueleur to surface of paint and some slight indentations and undulations to canvas. Both paintings appear to have been re-lined. Painting of the lady under UV light appears quite patchy particularly to the background where there appears to have been some restoration and repairs, also quite a lot of dark areas to her clothing, and repaired split, face appears in reasonable order with no obvious signs of restoration under UV light, frame does have some areas of moulding missing.
